Made to Order — To reduce waste and ensure the highest quality, every item in the SCALES shop is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of purchase.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Production Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be printed and packed.
Shipping Time: Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after production.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Free Shipping: All orders ship free within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Please consult the Size Chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or there is a misprint, we've got your back.

Please contact us via the Contact Form within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
